«We Could Be Legends»

"So I'm not the only one who noticed. Isn't it horrible?" Bleddyn didn't move from the doorframe. In fact, her face had yet to contort with the least bit of hositility. Instead, oddly enough, she stood there with a distant look of dazed bliss.
Pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza, pizza.
This time when her phone vibrated to life, she just kept torpidly staring in Wolfram's general direction.
"No um, I meant it. You look pretty in that."Wolfram replied quietly. He sighed softly."I just....I want to say I'm sorry. I shouldn't have acting the way I did at the multitude. It was stupid. So, I'm sorry. And as long as you are ok, I'll leave you alone, deal?"

"That word again." Bleddyn's hands ran furiously along her side, trying to distract her nerves from the persistent prickling sensation. "Pretty. I'm not pretty, Dogsheep."
Tugging herself from the pizza-induced haze, she focused in on him a bit more.
He didn't look the least belligerent; in fact, he had a whole posture of uncomfortable meekness about him.
Her eyes narrowed warily- they hadn't parted in the most agreeable way, so this compliant cordiality was suspicious.
Perhaps he wants irk me enough so I instigate something that he thinks he'll win.
Fat chance. I'm onto you; sure, we'll have our fight, but not until I get my pizza and the tables are level.

"Remember, I don't do apologies. And, yeah, sure, right now we're cool."
