"Yup, I'm getting the manager before someone gets really hurt. Alpha, stay." Toby said & stood up. He walked past the group fighting over to the employees by the kitchen. "So, if you can't tell, there's a fight going over there," he pointed to the group "can you guys do anything about it?"
Gage looked up from his orders and blinked. Taking in the information, he strode wordlessly into the restaurant to find a group of people, and Delilah fleeing the scene.

I had intended to let him win all along, but he was a weak little thing. Maybe from being up all night crying. I felt disgusting, I looked aweful, but Angry Cat had struck the last blow.

As Lachlan stepped between us, I let myself be defeated. My housecoat had come off somewhere in the flurry, but I left it on the floor. My stupid, confusing, rediculous job was done. He's had a chance to fight: something that invisible killer hadn't given him. Even if everyone hated me for it.

Especially if everyone hated me for it.

Quietly, I staggerex to my feet and made for the door.

Lachlan growled, glancing over Delilah quickly to make sure she was okay. She was, and hopefully she wouldn't start punching again. Bleddyn was a problem now. Yay. No one liked messing with a ticked off Bleddyn.

As Brisa lifted Wolfram up, Lachlan grabbed Bleddyn's pant leg, trying to make sure she didn't hold onto him or something stupid.
The red-hot whirlwind of confrontational fury had already taken ahold of Bleddyn, and to tear her away from her opponent now hadn't been the best route to take.

All she knew now was that there was something holding her back from finishing the fight for both Delilah and herself.

Too far gone to distinguish friend from foe, Bleddyn turned and landed her fist hard in Lachlan's gut.

Toby went back to his seat. He saw Delilah running out and he grabbed her robe. He stopped briefly by Jessi "come on Alpha, lets go." He grabbed Alphas leash and ran after Delilah. "You forgot this." He said as he handed her her robe.

Brisa switched tactics and lifted Bleddyn towards the ceiling, lowering Wolfram back to the ground.

I was standing in the rain when I first heard his voice. It was deeper than the boys' in my class, but still boyish.

I didn't look at him. My throat was welling up. My eyes burned. The cold morning air and rain peirced through my PJ's.

Okay, Bleddyn forgot something. You don't just punch a wolf in the gut.
Lachlan snarled, nipping her on the arm, not hard enough to draw blood but it sure was hard enough to hurt.
He jumped back, then rammed full speed into her legs, knocking her down. He set a paw on her shoulder, snarling at her.

Gage had no choice. Delilah would have to wait. "Hey!" He barked, approaching the group. "Break it up!"

"You forgot this." Toby repeated, unsure if she heard him. He watched her as he held out her robe. He was now soaked in water from the rain, & so was Alpha.

Lachlan blinked and stepped back, shifting to his human form. He turned to Gage. "Just so it's on the note, I did not start any of that."
