"Hmm as long as it has bacon I'm happy." Nora replied with a laugh and then groan as her stomach grumbled at the thought of fresh bacon. They walked in companionable silence for a while. She wondered while the walked how this all started, the ice and how she came to be there. She also wondered if they would find anymore people, she was just happy to have found someone who she got along with.
Gjoran looked at their surroundings as they neared the three buildings in the distance. His mind was racing, he couldn't believe the situation he had found himself in. He remembered his sister, his mother, father, friends. He secretly was glad he hadn't had a girlfriend or was married at that time.

"These building don't look in too bad shape, we might get lucky and find something to eat." Nora commented as the neared a small cluster of buildings, she thought they looked more like houses. Please god don't let the only food they find be dog food she wished to herself.

Janette shuddered slightly under the thin layer of melting ice. Her eyelids fluttered open and she looked around above her, panic gradually increasing on her face as she comprehended why she was so cold. Freezing, actually, and she had a splitting headache. She groaned softly as she moved her arm slowly across her body, resting to make sure limbs weren't broken. She sighed with relief as she painlessly flexed her arms above her, then pushed herself up carefully. A chill went up her spine as the cold air hit her more directly in her upright position. Bringing her knees towards herself, she folded her arms around them and looked around.
Feeling more alive by the minute, Janette hesitantly pushed herself up onto her knees, then stood, a little shakily. She watched the cloud of her breath in the frozen air for a moment before turning around slowly, searching for any signs of movement. Stillness and death, rather than movement and life, caught her eye immediately. There were blocks of ice in the near vicinity and from what she could tell, bodies encapsulated in them. She gasped softly as she realized that she, too, had been in a block of ice, but unlike these poor people, she was free and breathing. She took a step closer to one to examine it. The face of the figure inside was hardly identifiable no matter how hard she looked at it. Other blocks surrounding were no easier to identify.

I've been stalking- but, as of right now, I'm over my muzzle in RPs. ;)
One character here may be in sight. :p
Remember, I'm always here, always watching... ;) )
(I'm going to so abuse the tagging system because it's the greatest XD nothing like instant.
Okay, have fun stalking. We'll see how long that actually lasts... :caf )

Gjoran nodded, now silent in his footsteps. He readied his weapon as he neared one of the houses, and motioned for Nora to open the door so he could burst in to attack whatever might be inside.

Nora opened the first house door as quietly and quickly as she could. Gjoran seemed to know what he was doing so she just stayed out of his way.
