*°Hell as White as Snow°* (A Role Play)

Dierk listened to Nora carefully, not commenting or interrupting like he normally would if a woman was talking, and only nodded once she had finished. He didn't feel like he could say any words at the moment that would describe how he felt, and wanted to just sit and brew over what had happened, and what he had learned. He didn't know if he would rather have been kept in the dark, or know the whole truth.

Though, he would learn of the failure of the Führer sooner or later. Because, if the system did fail, then he was sure it would have failed soon, and he would experience it more personally rather than being told about it.
Madeleine crouched down near enough to talk but not invade his personal space. "Would vous prefer to talk of things?" She asked gently.

Dierk looked to Madeleine with a sad smile and sighed,
"Well, perhaps that would make things a little better, or at least feel that way. Though I do not know if I want to bother you with my drama, as I am sure I am mostly seen as the enemy and the bad guy." He admitted calmly to Madeleine. He guessed that the history of the Nazis probably didn't leave a good impression on children in schools, and the man that Dierk honored was probably seen as the worst man to live in Germany, or anywhere.

"There est little else to do ici," Madeleine said simply, hoping that would dissipate any worry he had of bothering her.

(Alright my DH just does not have the time to keep up with this given his work load, bless his heart for working so much so that I can be a stay at home parent. But anyways got off track here, he will not be coming back to play Nigel but has given me the ok to try and take him over as my character. So I will now be playing Nigel to the best of my ability, if I just can't due him justice then we will find some way to kill him off. :) )

"Ah. Are you feeling okay now?" Janette asked. She truthfully didn't really care to know how the girl felt, but she knew it couldn't be all business if she wanted correct information. She was desperate for details and facts of everyone's situation, no matter how minimal they may seem. Their situation was made only weirder with men of opposing sides under the same roof.
"Better." Jade concluded quietly. Resting her head on her knees she watched the strangers interaction curiously.

Janette sighed softly. She was going to be a hard shell to crack. Deciding to leave her alone for now, Janette stood and walked to the other side of the fire.

"Understandable," Ian said, nodding thoughtfully. "Do you know where Gjoran went? I'd feel better if either he or I remained. Not to say I don't trust Nigel, I just don't trust him with Mr. Nazi."
(Just an fyi to everyone Nigel is from before the Nazi regime so he would not necessarily have a huge problem with Dierk. I made sure to triple check this with my DH the creator of Nigel and a huge history buff. So I am just going to wing it here. :D )

Nora looked up at Ian with a shake of her head at his question. "I know he was going to take a walk but I have a bad feeling he isn't coming back to be honest. He was in a weird place when he left. Perhaps I could go with just Nigel then to the houses? Or I could take one of the women with me, if you would feel better staying." Nora added reasonably.

Nigel quietly slipped up to our conversation having listened to all that was going on with confusion. He was still a touch overwhelmed from the previous day and its revelations. "Pardon me but what is a Nazi? I assume it is in relation to that German soldier, and the strange symbol he is wearing?" Nigel asked quietly but curiously to both Nora and Ian. Honestly confused about the whole situation, but he gathered that many of them were uncomfortable around this new man the "Nazi".
