Lis walked behind Pheli.Pheli laughed. She started to walk towards the castle.
Andorra nodded vigorously and let out a happy sound. She nudged his shoulder gently with her nose, to get his attention. Then she pointed at him and then back at the writing. Trying to ask him, his own name.
Lis walked behind Pheli.
Lis ran ahead. "WE ATTACK AT DAWN!"Pheli laughed. She was excited.
Gray smiled. "Well. Hello, Andorra." He said. "I'm Gray."
Lis ran ahead. "WE ATTACK AT DAWN!"
Andorra bowed her head thankful that Gray understood her. It was nice to know his name, even though she couldn't call him by it. After a few moments she tilted her head. She just now noticed that his clothes were very different from what the other youths were wearing in Wivvera. So she took a good whiff of Gray's hair and that confirmed it. He, like herself, wasn't from around here. Maybe he was lost too. Perhaps they could help each other, by finding a way out of this land of dragons.
Pheli looked at Lis. "There aren't any clocks here... So, how will we know if it's dawn?" She asked, grinning.
---
Gray smiled, he petted Andorra's head. He looked around for something, or someone, that could help him find a saddle. "Andorra, we need to find a saddle for you. Perhaps it'll help us find a way out of this... place..." He said. "C'mon, the best idea I've got, is to ask a rider for some information." Gray started walking towards the stable entrance.
Andorra nodded and followed after him. That sounded like a good idea to her. Plus it would help them both blend in better. She wasn't too sure if they captured random dragons around here, but she was sticking with Gray. It was better to look owned, then to be fair game as a stray. She'd never get out of here if that happened.
Gray walked into the stables. After asking lots of riders, Gray came to the conclusion that the only way they could get a saddle was if they bought one. "Well, Andorra, we need money to get a saddle." Gray sighed, walking back over to the large dragon. "I wonder how people here get paid.." He was puzzled, he looked at Andorra, hoping that she'd have an idea.
Andorra looked at Gray puzzled for a few moments. Then looked up at the riders over head. She smiled sheepishly back at Gray and nudged him. She pointed with her snout to the racing dragons and nodded her head.
