Osprey peered her head out, "Hello!" she said to the new wolf with a warm smile.

Snake struck the buck's thick leg with her side, and he wobbled, struggling to stand. "Get the other side!" Snake called to Mongoose.

 

[Cat Water]

He followed her orders and the bull fell. Mongoose jumped on his neck and finished the job.

(he asked not to get too gory) The bull cried out one last time, and the feast was ready.

"Should we tell the others about the food?"

 

[BirdNut]

"It'd be the polite thing to do, there's quite a lot here." Snake answered.

 

[Dutchgirl]

The white she-wolf with the black stripe looked gratefully at Osprey. "Hello. I take it you are the herb wolf? I need permission to hunt on this property. What clan is this? I am Dove."

 

[BirdNut]

"Dove, welcome!" she says, bowing her head in greeting, "Yes, I am the Herb wolf of the pack. Permission will be granted by the alpha." She said, Swan happened to pass by, she beckoned Swan to come over. "She wishes to hunt on the territory, but asks of your permission." Osprey said to Swan, head down slightly in submission. "Yes, you may. As with all newcomers, we will still be watching." Swan said to Dove.

 

[Cat Water]

"Alright, let's go back and tell whoever is around that there is a dead bull over here and anyone can have some." he said after he had had his fill of fresh meat.

 

[Dutchgirl]

As with most new wolves she met, Dove felt a warming towards both Osprey and Swan, but especially the former. "Thank you," she said to Swan. "I just... I'm so hungry. I'm expecting pups, you see."

 

[BirdNut]

"Wonderful!" Osprey exclaimed, "Congratulations." Swan added.

Snake finished her meal next, "Yes, let's go tell them."

 

[Dutchgirl]

Dove gave them a weak look of motherly pride, then turned as she heard Snake and Mongoose returning.

 

[Cat Water]

"Hey, Snow pack!" Mongoose called from a distance, giggling and jumping around his new love. "We got food! Follow my sweet voice! Arrrrooooo!" He howled joyously.
