Nile wasn't worried. His eyes danced with laughter, but of a strange way that sucked the fun out of things. His heart was cold, frozen to the very depths.

He attempted to chew on some odd coral, it was spicy and salty.

Like a taco from that strange taco joint on the corner that never seems to have any customers and yet hasn't closed, so you (Of course) for some reason (possibly a dare) go in and order a (overpriced) dish and a (watered down) soda, sit and go "Eeew.... (How are you still in business)?"
