The stallion whinnied in pain and tried to kick Ares away,his eyes full of hate. Ares only continued to bite down on his neck,making it hard for him to breath. Once the stallion was weak,Ares kicked him away and he was flung into the battle below,where he was almost certainly trampled by the other hippocampi.

Calypso quickly tried to get out of the battle, she knew this was no place for her. She weaved in and out of the soldiers, trying her best not to get hurt. She had several nicks and cuts, and blood from a rather large gash on her shoulder bled horribly. As Calypso swam out of a partincularly thick brawl, she screamed as a large hippocampi ran into her. He quickly swam away, and so did Calypso. Eventually, she came within feet of Ares, but didn't realize it.

Morewyn hovered near the edge of the battlefield, still unsure of what to do. Her fin and head were encased in spiked fire coral that she had gotten a while back, but that was the only defense and protection she had.
Who's side am I on? she thought to herself, frowning. She hadn't seen enough of Ares nor Amouris to decide who she would join.
