maybe check for temperature variations in your incubator? the one that cracked but died do you know if it was the one that got jammed in the fan? It's kinda weird that you're having so much trouble with hatching, which is making me think it might be your incubator.

The uncracked, bloody one was the one. It does fluctuate quite a bit. It'll go down to 97 then back to 100

it would only be a problem if it was staying there for a long time. I'm thinking more if it was hotter or colder in certain spots inside.
