if it's the same tree in both pictures its wild apple/crab apple. if they're not the same tree the first one with the thorns could be anything.

love the apple blossoms. They wont be here until mid may.

Oh, that's how one of my kids got bitten. Owner was at a kids playground with her 2 small dogs and said they were fine and the kids could pet them. I could tell one of them was getting annoyed and told the kids to leave them alone now, but the owner kept insisting the dogs were fine and the kids could keep petting them. it was just a nip, but now my kid is afraid of all animals. He won't even try to pick up our cats and rarely pets them. after he got bit she stayed at the park so i ended up leaving. I was pretty mad at her.

That’s awful! Yeah other people always think their dogs are fine cuz they’re fine with them!

they're apple blossoms. The moss on the thorny tree is really pretty. I'm pretty sure the same tree grows here, but I cant recall what grew on it, it's some kind of wild fruit tree.

They might be, but I don't think they are (because the blossoms are small and they don't have any pink hints); I think they're a smaller fruit. I'll have to remember to look later on in the year. XD

That's lichen, not moss. But, you're right, it is very pretty.
