Probably not supposed to, but the chick kept falling on his back and we didn't want him hurt, do put him in a brooder with a light bulb with hot pad underneath. (Will turn off light bulb when hot pad gets heated. He seems much happier and likes being held. Will get pics. He looks wet but is just dry with a little crustiness.

I had to give my chicks a warm bath

I havent ever left them in for long because they didnt seem to dry while inside the incubator chickie will be just as happy or more happy outside. :)

I noticed that within a few minutes being out she is already drying out. But she is much happier. Sleeping and getting good views of all her humans.
