You know who I'd animate. XD

Here's her character form

Well kept soft white-ish purple short hair (Kind of like a bob cut). Pale pale skin with pale purple eyes. Wears a short black top, A big black belt with a hole lota buttons and stuff and a little chain and kind of hangs off from the belt . Short(Ish) Black skirt with long black boots. Burnt wings that are now most skin and bone with a few feathers left on after a tragic accident. Tattoos around her wrists, Left shoulder, and right under her left eye going straight down. (The tatts are just thickish lines) Aaand she carries a black umbrella everywhere.

SHOOT FIRE I wish I lived in Canada right now. Your laws on shipping eggs are so much easier to follow! It just says, "here, do this, this, and this and you'll be fine." Common horse sense. America is like "Mailable dangerous goods: item 346.12a, must be triple-packaged as described in Publication 52, Packaging Instruction 6C, must meet the packaging requirements in 49 CFR 173."
Like whaaaaat? I have to triple box the thing? I mean, I'm not above double-boxing it, but this is ridiculous. And what the heck is a CFR 173?! And then it has to have a BIOHAZARD SYMBOL on it? What do they think are we shipping, ebola samples?

Look how easy the Canada law is to read
2) An animal imported into Canada from the United States shall not be admitted into Canada if it has been in the United States for less than 60 days unless it is accompanied by

1. a certificate of an official veterinarian of the country of origin stating that they have inspected the animal and found it free from any communicable disease; and
2. a certificate of an official veterinarian of the United States stating that they have inspected the animal and found it free from any communicable disease and, if the animal has been quarantined or tested, the duration of the quarantine and the result of the test.
