It's okay, I guess. Backstrap is really good, but the burger has no fat. No fat=no yum.
Ugh this reminds me when we grind the deer meat.... I hate it! Its the most boring. Thing... but trying to cut pieces a frozen beef fat is actually very difficult... I almost cut myself....
