Americaland refuses to use pyucky metric system.
I am fluent in converting inches and cm. feet and meters. and ok with miles to km not temperature though. I do however use Fahrenheit for measuring a fever. (I'm not sure why) I prefer cups and teaspoon/tablespoon measurements to mL and weight meausurments. when I'm cooking. but all of my kitchen tools have both written on them so it's easy enough to do either if that's how the recipe is written.

They switched over when I was in elementary school. I figured it really wouldn't matter. and so far it really hasn't. I know 72F is approximately 20C and 40F is close to Freezing.

60-90° is tolerable. 70-72° is preferred.
