Ok here's how:
1) Go to your profile
2) Click Edit account details (make sure it's not community profile.)
3) Scroll down until you see the words Site Preferences. They should be in orange.
4) Then uncheck the one where it says "Remove nested quotes in replies".
5) It should work now.
