so sorry kiki... One of my first hatches, I tossed all the quitters in the compost bin... a few hours later it was chirping... I opened the lid and had a freshly hatch wet little chicken... Now I give the late quitters three extra days, just in case.

That was the top of his head we were seeing g at the top of the egg.

I'm don't know but I think that is where it is suppose to be.
The head was under the right wing.
