What would you be feeding in place of it? If layer feed, then yes, very harmful.

Im on day 20 and the air cells look like day 14 ! Im getting worried as lockdown is approaching and ill have to raise the humidity to around 60-65% (right?), right now its so low my hydrometer wont read it lol, but when i mist the eggs it reads 16% and climbs a little bit. I started incubation in the upper 40s and then around 35%, and now dry where i get no reading. Ive given the eggs sponge baths too, since i set them unwashed. I saw someone on here use a little bit of sandpaper to remove more bloom (very gently) and im considering it since the aircells just look too small to me. Should i just not worry too much about it??

I took my 5 calls down to the creek today and they swam in the deep pool for a long time, really enjoyed it! It took forever to catch them again. The things I do to make my ducks happy

Are you sure your hygrometer is correct? Sounds a little wonky.
I'd wipe them down, rub the bloom off. Then mist lightly for the next 2-3 days. Once, maybe twice, per day. They do normally lose a bit more quickly in the last few days. Are these Call eggs?
