I also have a homemade german noodle recipe.. but you need to have a german noodle press in order to make it sometimes you can get them on ebay for a bit of money but its worth it..... lets see if i can find one.. (they are ridiculously hard to find) for a quality one.. could not find one...like mine... i use a SQUARE shaped.. GERMAN MADE.. Westmark Spaetzle Press..(you will have to search the search engines for one..)

HERE IS THE BOX FOR MINE... THE ENTIRE THING IS IN GERMAN... I WAS ABLE TO FIND THIS ONE ON EBAY... YEAH I PAID OUT THE REAR FOR IT BUT I LOVE THIS THING!!

I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THE BAD QUALITY ONES.. I HAVE THEM ALL AND THEY DO NOT WORK LIKE THE REAL THING,,,,
