He sighed, "I just wanted to get away from the clan for a while, away from the arguing and rushing and hectic life for a bit. It takes a toll on you. I was used to living by myself..well, had a companion but she...she's gone now. It's so different here." he replied, reaching up with is foot to scratch his nose.

This is where I come when I feel like that." she replied as she gestured with one claw at their surroundings, at the golden light shining down from the canopy overhead onto the soft moss underfoot. "We could share it if you like," she added. She turned to where she knew his head was and hoped he could see the warmth and kindness in her white, lifeless eyes.
