@KDOGG331 It's just best to mess with the eggs as little as possible.

I did not. I’m trying to save that for next year.@StonerChick Did you hatch your chicks?
Are these your first dummies?
Faker chickens!I did not. I’m trying to save that for next year.My teens were purchased from a friend practically as soon as they were born though, but I missed the hatching. What is it with wanting to hatch at like 2am?! So inconsiderate. The silkies/bantams are all from Hoover’s.
Bantams = Fakers of the chicken world.I did not. I’m trying to save that for next year.My teens were purchased from a friend practically as soon as they were born though, but I missed the hatching. Yes. It’s the same incubator I used for the chicken eggs in the fall and I ran it and tested it first before I put the eggs in to make sure it was still working.Did you get to know your bator before you set these quail eggs?
Can you go get a picture of how the quail eggs are in the bator right now?

I'm getting tired so I'm getting a little slow...but what I mean is if you know for sure that one section of your incubator is a certain temperature that's holding steady there's no reason why you cannot put all of your eggs right there if they will fit.Yes. It’s the same incubator I used for the chicken eggs in the fall and I ran it and tested it first before I put the eggs in to make sure it was still working.
And okay BRB.

Right? I have 4 PBRs and 4 Cinnamon Queens (or so I’ve been told, but they were wrong about the PBRs - thought they were Silver Wyandottes.) and 1 that’s colored like the PBRs but has an orange comb? So.. They’re all about 9 weeks. Then I have three bantam 2 week olds - an EE, a silkie, and what’s maybe a barred Cochin? But, honestly we’re not even sure that one is a bantam. She’s enormous compared to the others. lol Then we have 8 ten day old silkies: 4 splash, 1 blue, 1 black, and 2 partridge.Faker chickens! What breeds?
