I'm getting tired so I'm getting a little slow...but what I mean is if you know for sure that one section of your incubator is a certain temperature that's holding steady there's no reason why you cannot put all of your eggs right there if they will fit.

You do not have to spread them out all over...if you have room to keep theminonly one area.
Okay, thank you. I tried to put most of them in the middle since that’s right on but I couldn’t fit them all exactly under there which is why they’re in different areas but I think I might try again right now. Is it okay if they touch?? I didn’t think it was.

Crap this only applies if you have the room and can turn them.

I have never incubated quail eggs touching.
I have no idea.
Mine are always up right in the egg tray.

You are not flipping these eggs right?
Just rolling them correct?

102! Tell me that thermometer is not correct.
It is but it’s down a degree now. The other side is 97-98. They’re correct but I’m gonna swap sides right now to be 120% sure.
Which humidity reading is correct?
The inside ones. They’re reading almost exactly the same. I know it’s a bit high, I’ve been aiming for 30, but the damn thing keeps dropping to like 20.

I'm going to bed.

I could take the turner out? I could still leave the motor running so it doesn’t affect temp.

okay, thank you. I might try it and see.

And yeah! I did turn them myself twice but otherwise this thing does it and I really don’t think it turns them much because most don’t touch the rails. Should I start turning them myself?
