I’m not complaining! I’m just saying I should have walked earlier when it was warm. But okay will do. Wanna put my hands in my pockets anyway. I’ll turn on my music and just walk haha I’ve gotten pretty far already.

True but I really do not think I do. I’ve been a lot better lately. And also I don’t want to be dependent on them.
Sometimes you don't have a choice. If I didn't take methimizole for years (until I went into remission) I would have died. I wish I didn't have to take montelukast every day for allergies, but if I don't, I can't breathe.

I'm going to sound harsh here, but you need to grow up.
 
Thanks!! I’ll have to try this! I guess I just need to force myself to do it? It sounds stupid but honestly I’m so used to just popping toast in toaster or maybe making eggs which take like two minutes or whatever that it gets to be work to stick with actually cooking as well as walking/working out, etc. and everything at once. :oops: I tried to give up sugar and dairy and stuff once too and failed at those as well. Especially the sugar, I really really really wanted something sweet and caved after like a few days :oops:
Bad habits are hard to break.
BUT they can be broken.

You just need to tell yourself you are ready to win.

Good habits are just as hard to start but once you start them they become the new normal quickly.
