At the egg handler's workshop I went to, they told me that the bloom only lasts for 3 days. I do know that eggs can keep for longer at room temp if they're not washed, though.

I have left them out for about a month I think because I forgot about them.

Well... According to the egg handler's guidelines, you need to package the eggs within 30 days of being laid (though they're supposed to be refrigerated) and the sell date is 30 days after the package date. In theory, the eggs in the grocery store could be up to 2 months old.

When Kiki first called me a nutter I got BS and didn’t come on for a few days. She also called my dog dumb... that was another BS moment.

Now that months have gone by I understand the lingo I wonder how many others get pissed off like I did.
