Oh... um, this is really random, just a warning:
One of my guinea hens died a couple of months ago. For probably about a year beforehand, she had really swollen toes.
Does anyone know what caused her toes to look like this:

She was behaving and managing perfectly fine... until she got run over, that is, but you get the idea.
Infection? or Gout?

Or better yet, left it off altogether. Seriously my niece and nephews don't even pile that much crap on their ice cream
I normally don’t but thought I’d try something new :lau

I usually eat it plain but vanilla is no good plain and I had just bought the Oreos for another experiment so they were calling me 😂🤣😂

:lau well I guess I knew it would but thought it would be easier to eat!! I wasn’t expecting it to be a giant impossible mass 😂🤣

And it’s definitely not at all!! But last time I tried to eat ice cream with just the caramel sauce it was 🤮🤮🤮😂🤣 it needs the chocolate to balance it! So I just had to make do and improvise. 😂🤣😂
How could caramel and ice cream together possibly be bad. They are a match made in heaven. Unless.....how much caramel did you use???

Infection? or Gout?
Thank you.
It was really weird... she had a scab on each of her middle toes, so maybe it was an infection. If it was, she didn't seem at all bothered by it, or the fact that her toes were so big.

On another, less gruesome, note, I don't know if I've ever actually had a real sundae. What exactly is it, so that I may replicate it when we next restock on ice cream?

Idk, maybe this sauce is just bad 😂🤣

It’s not that caramelly.

Although I did put a TON of it on it the first time :lau

Ever made caramel, KDOG?
Truth be told, I haven't made real caramel before, but I have made toffee. I'm thinking of experimenting with that -- adding some milk to keep it from setting so crunchy-hard, and seeing if I can make a soft candy or a sauce....

Thank you.

When I brought my brother's family all the makings for a sundae party a few weeks ago, I brought: hot fudge, butterscotch sauce, bananas, sprinkles, and maraschino cherries. Then everybody made their own decisions about what things to use. But really I think you can argue that ice cream + one or more sauces = sundae. Sundae + banana = banana split.
