Nope, sorry. I am a pretty good cook even if I don't enjoy it. 🙂
Just look up some recipes and pick one. Hard to mess up a step-by-step recipe, no?
I can be when I wanna be and am good when I have a recipe to follow but if I’m just making something for myself, I sometimes get distracted or don’t pay attention and burn it 😂🤣🙈 were you here when the whole Chef Mike thing started? I said once I sometimes microwave my meat and that was that 😂🤣🙈 plus the time I completely blackened an omelette and even not burnt they were super thick and basically just an egg pancake 😂🤣 I’ve gotten better though. I haven’t made eggs in a little while now but the last two times, I finally made an omelette the right way 😂🤣🙈 but on the other hand, I made a delicious eggplant parm last year and have made delicious pasta and veggies and stuff like that so I can cook but just don’t apply myself usually 😂🤣🙈

Kdogg, could you please share your eggplant parm recipe? I have actually never made that before, and have alot of eggplant right now! I hear great things, I just dunno WTF it is.... lol

I don’t remember the exact recipe I used 😭😭 but I can try to find it for you!! But it’s basically pretty similar to chicken part except it’s with eggplants instead. You just like coat them with breadcrumbs and I think an egg mixture but I forget the exact details. And fry them I think. And then for mine you like stacked the slices like put a layer down, covered with sauce and cheese, another layer etc. And bake except I think if I ever did it again I would use less cheese cause it was a bit much hahah good still but yeah. I’ll try to find the actual recipe and I think I have pictures somewhere. It was one I found online but it was last August so I don’t really remember. :oops: I thought I saved it but I guess not? Idk. But I will find it! The big thing with this one too though is to salt the eggplant slices and let them sit a while first. It draws out the moisture so it will be more crispy and not soggy. :) there’s loads of recipes for it online too but idk if all of them are good or not.

And no not raw meat! LOL they just THINK it’s raw meat! I just like sometimes reheat burgers or steak or whatever in there if they get cold. Or sometimes my dad will make the burgers way too red so I’ll cook it an extra minute or two in the microwave. 🙈 or my eggs or whatever I’m eating will get cold and I’ll reheat it a million times cause the reheated one gets cold again 😂🤣🙈

They say it’s meat abuse LOL I have been known to ruin some meat and other foods in there before 🙈

I sometimes microwave tea too 🙈

I have never made eggplant parm, but I do really like the Moosewood recipe for eggplant enchiladas. You can even make and freeze the filling for later if you have a lot of eggplant to use.

Note: I am lazy and usually use bottled green/tomatillo sauce in place of the red sauce recipe they include.
