That sounds good!! Although possibly some weird flavor combinationsI flavor chicken thighs with pepper, parsley, garlic, a bit of hot sauce, some lemon, and a bit of whatever sauce -- sweet chili, etc. -- I happen to have on hand. I usually skip the salt, unless I don't put any sauce on.
I always bake the thighs, though.



Maybe I should just dump some chipotle lime mayo on em!
