I can be when I wanna be and am good when I have a recipe to follow but if I’m just making something for myself, I sometimes get distracted or don’t pay attention and burn itNope, sorry. I am a pretty good cook even if I don't enjoy it.
Just look up some recipes and pick one. Hard to mess up a step-by-step recipe, no?
problem is I have no clue what I want lol
I thought I saved it but I guess not? Idk. But I will find it! The big thing with this one too though is to salt the eggplant slices and let them sit a while first. It draws out the moisture so it will be more crispy and not soggy.
there’s loads of recipes for it online too but idk if all of them are good or not.
