I wish they would do that around here. They finally revoked a businesses license for being a habitual offender. The mayor of New Orleans said they were gonna enforce mask wearing and fine people 500.00 for not. Last week I was in the French quarter and maybe 20% had masks on. I won't be going unless its for work.

I'm not fond of pumpkin pie either. I will more than make up for it with my love of cheesecake. Plain cheesecake. Good cheesecake doesn't need anything else on or in it.

Most cheesecake is just fine without any kind of topping. I am not offended by a good cherry topping on a vanilla cheesecake.

Some people make unbaked cheesecakes with whipped cream folded in to lighten it. I haven't done it, myself, but I've heard of others doing it.
... I'm pretty sure, at least. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

I had recipe like that a very long time ago. Tastes nothing like regular cheesecake but iy wasn't bad.
