I've got TONS!!!! Even old ones from parents and grandparents but they made the point of only needing ingredients for the one recipe that you'll never use again which I run into all the time. It prompts me to experiment which happens often and usually turns out well but i like the thought of not putting away a spice and never looking at it agin. Usually when I see a recipe with ingredients I won't use much i just skip it. Also here where I live a lot of the unique spices are unavailable.

I have access to any and all spices.
Let me know if you ever can't find one.

I noticed a newish member post today that was in Jamaica.
I might have bothered them (nicely) for a homemade Jamaican curry recipe.
I plan to try it tomorrow or the next day.
I will take pics and share here for anyone that want it, after I make it.

They give you plenty of seasonings... way more than you NEED, just in case you want more. THEY ARE DELICIOUS!

Here's the thing! I got Imy kids in bed and have been watching this thread like a hawk. I almost think you temporarily blocked me bc you know I'll talk too much (kidding) that's why i don't know HOW it happened. It's like BOOM here's a bunch of posts....
