I noticed a newish member post today that was in Jamaica.
I might have bothered them (nicely) for a homemade Jamaican curry recipe.
I plan to try it tomorrow or the next day.
I will take pics and share here for anyone that want it, after I make it.

Here's the thing! I got Imy kids in bed and have been watching this thread like a hawk. I almost think you temporarily blocked me bc you know I'll talk too much (kidding) that's why i don't know HOW it happened. It's like BOOM here's a bunch of posts....

But HOW DID I MISS THEM??? It's prob bc I'm doing this from a stupid phone! Ugh!

Yep I get lost all the time and miss stuff when I get stuck on my phone.
I used to get on the phone on purpose so I wouldn't stay online too long.
That doesn't work to well anymore because I am getting pretty good on my phone now.

I've got TONS!!!! Even old ones from parents and grandparents but they made the point of only needing ingredients for the one recipe that you'll never use again which I run into all the time. It prompts me to experiment which happens often and usually turns out well but i like the thought of not putting away a spice and never looking at it agin. Usually when I see a recipe with ingredients I won't use much i just skip it. Also here where I live a lot of the unique spices are unavailable.

Most people collect Nick nacks. I collect cookbooks and recipes.

Do I actually cook any of them? ...

I am still seeing autocorrect errors of mine when posting from my phone....I correct many daily.
I'm surprised you all can understand some of my posts.
