@theuglyduckling Did you get the chicks? Are they all alive?

They’re great! All present and accounted for.

My husband bites his nails and then will chew on one of the slivers for hours. I think fingernail eating and scraping gerbils are ALMOST just as disgusting.

That is a rat and probably has cleaner habits than most of our husbands.

We go up skiing and to McCall (about a 1.5hr drive) for the winter parade and they have these beautiful ice sculptures but i'm about 30 min into that i'm ready to go home. It's stunning, yes, but feeling like i'm about to freeze to death then sweating under all of my layers, but too cold to take them off is a miserable feeling.
