➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Ok, last post. I HAVE to sleep.
This is my beautiful baby (not quite a baby anymore) rescue pup, Clementine. I’m almost positive she was abused. She hates loud noises, sudden movements, and prefers to sleep under beds than on a comfy dog pillow. But if she decides you’re worthy, she’ll “subtly” punch you on the leg until you cuddle her.
She is way too smart and spends all her time watching the Golden’s make fools of themselves and/or leading them into trouble.

She sounds a lot like mine. Ours was dumped by someone in an uninhabited area outside town :rant She is terrified of storms and loud noises but man does she love human cuddles. Last year DH and I hosted his family for Thanksgiving, and after the meal she went from person to person and nudged their hands until until they gave in and petted her. She didn’t stop insisting until everyone left several hours later :lau

I have nothing against them AT ALL, but after working in a vet clinic, there is a couple breeds I will never personally own.. pugs being one of them. (sorry Wasabi, you’re still cute :love)
Our future dogs will be from shelters.. we’re not as interested in breeds as we used to be.
I’ve teared up over my 12 year old golden too, trust me. :(

I've got 3 pugs & I love them, but I acknowledge it takes a special kind of insanity to be a pug owner. If I had to do it all over again, I would!

Here's Meatball (aka; Meaty.) He's the love of my life & my unwavering, constant shadow. :love:love:love

What a handsome boy! One of my favorite things about pugs is their snores. I can't stand the sound coming from a human, but have no problem sleeping with a pug snoring two inches from my head. I don't know why. I also collect anything pug.
