Btw @littleprairieheartsfarm I love big boy! He's beautiful! On your barred rock, can you see green on her black? I was outside with mine earlier and my br pullet has a beautiful green sheen to her black feathering. I tried to get a pic to share with you all, but she hates me so it was a no go.

Are these your first chicks?

No, this will be the third flock I’ve had in my lifetime. The first was when I was much younger and the second I had to give to my mother-in-law when Hurricane Harvey destroyed my coop.
I didn’t think I would have chickens again for a very long time after that, but here we are.

Hubby took pity on me and we went to go work on the run before it got dark. And it’s DONE!
Well, mostly. Little bits and pieces to clean and patch up but it is definitely bird-proof.

Tomorrow they get to go out for the first time! I will get plenty of 3 week photos, I’m so excited haha.

What can I say... I'm a sucker for big arms. I turned it off after about 20 minutes. I remember liking it but after I couldn't get into it this time I turned it off. I still love Gal as WW tho. And Avengers. I stand by that franchise. I'd only seen Justice league once before the corruption of my brain so maybe I was just dazzled by the manliness! But hey, what's a girl to do?

I love marvel movies. I don't watch any of the shows. I remember loving the DC cartoons as a kid, though.

He’s grown on me too. Just a little though.
I’ve started calling them stupid names out of the blue. “Whitey” and “Floppy” have stuck, how original right? The chipmunk EE is most commonly called “little piece of crap.”
