➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Same. Eat it or go to bed hungry.
My mom always made everything from scratch. Bread, pizza dough, etc... she even ground her own flour. We made our own yogurt from our goat milk and raised rabbits for meat and had chickens for eggs. We had a big garden and canned and froze every year. I never realized that this upbringing turned me into a food snob until recently. But, a snob I am.
What kind of picky are you? Like legit picky? Or snob?

OMG! Your mothers my hero!!! :bow

Can I say that I will eat your pie without sounding a little creepy? Because I will.
What is your specialty?

:gig:lau

We don't do much sweets here. I've bought bithdays cakes, I am not a baker, only to trash them.

We do sweets here, but they've got to be real sugar.

Fatso above accidentally got pregnant by front and center pointed ears white boy.
Their sons is the 6 month old giant beast thing on the left.

White boy in the back is the daddy of brown boy on the right.
The two white boys are brothers.

I always have multiple dogs. Can't live without them but this getting old dying stuff has been bothering me the last few years. I keep thinking now more dogs then someone shows up with a fake one and my plans get changed.:barnie
I hear you. The massive breeds don’t live long enough to begin with and I had a couple that brought the average down. In two years I lost Four dogs. Two to age and two unexpectedly. They all break my heart as I get way too attached.

This is the only reason I don't have bull mastiffs right now.

I've lost two oldies in the last 2 years and Fatso is knocking on heavens door and then my brown boxer is getting up there in age too. :hit

I really thought this black boy was my last.
I will probably end up with another dog or two anyways.

And boxers have surprisingly short life span. They are extremely prone to cancers as well. My dogs have always lived extremely long lives, but it's still never easy when they go. My childhood min pin lived to be 18 as did her sire, owned by my aunt. I adopted a Lhasa apso, surrender at 17. She lived two more years before I opted to put her down bc she developed kidney failure and canine dementia. That breed is known for long lifespans. My pit just recently died at 13. Right now I've got a rescue feist/mutt/ terrier mix. She's 6 & my pek is 4. Hoping these two live as long as my others did. @KikisGirls that looks like the makings of a beautiful and yummy meal!

You're finally trying it. Let us know what you think of it.
Yes finally but I already screwed up.
I was suppose to add the onions and some stuff to the blender...not just throw them whole in the pot.
