➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

I like curry but not a fan of Caribbean. I went to a buffet once in Barbados. Everything looked incredible, but it all tasted exactly the same because of the curry.
I prefer Indian curry better because I like spicy...this isn't going to be too spicy.

And boxers have surprisingly short life span. They are extremely prone to cancers as well. My dogs have always lived extremely long lives, but it's still never easy when they go. My childhood min pin lived to be 18 as did her sire, owned by my aunt. I adopted a Lhasa apso, surrender at 17. She lived two more years before I opted to put her down bc she developed kidney failure and canine dementia. That breed is known for long lifespans. My pit just recently died at 13. Right now I've got a rescue feist/mutt/ terrier mix. She's 6 & my pek is 4. Hoping these two live as long as my others did. @KikisGirls that looks like the makings of a beautiful and yummy meal!

I lost my boxer mix at 11 or 12. He literally went down a slippery slope from a lifelong puppy to blind diabetic senior in a flash. :hit It seemed really young.

My neighbors had a solid white one. It was born deaf, as many white dogs and cats are. It was beautiful, though, but died at like 6 or so. It developed some type of cancer.
I've had a solid white one before too.
Not deaf or blind.

Lots of us grew up this way, there was no short order kitchen in my house, as a kid or the adult doing the cooking. You better find something on your plate you could eat or go hungry, better than when I was a kid and expected to eat what you were served, and all of it. :gig
When I was about 7 or 8 we had cooked spinach with dinner. As I sat alone with a serving of said spinach on my plate, that I had not eaten, it came to me that perhaps I could get away with not eating it by covering it with the Katchup that sat on the table in a bottle. I thought this was a great idea, that it would just look like a glob of katchup left on the plate. I ended up having to eat the spinach, drowned in katchup. Talk about nasty.
