There’s two types of people who buy from places like that.. total moronic bimbos who think animals are replaceable toys, and bleeding hearts who think they’re “rescuing” by buying from there.

You’re not rescuing anything, you’re lining a CEO’s pockets and emptying a cage for the next puppy pumped out by an overbred bitch.
Same goes for larger pet chains (petco, petsmart) and BYBs selling on the side of the road.
Please just don’t. Support a rescue, any of them. Report pet stores like that and try to get them shut down or have better animal welfare laws put into place.

All the Petcos/Petsmarts up here partner with the Humane Societies. The only animals for adoption there are pound critters
It's a great system.
I've only seen one of those awful pet stores around here still doing business and it's also a feed store. It's horrible. Don't know who would support such a practice.

Yeah same here. I don't think our Petco even has cats or dogs and the Petsmart is only a few cats from a local rescue group/shelter/humane society.

Don't know how you don't know in this age of information and/or how no one in your school has told you but then again I didn't know some stuff until middle school but let's just put it this way....

Also... might get in trouble with this one but... why would one need or take birth control? (Besides if you need it for hormone regulation or whatever)

Other than for contraception, some girls take it to control their menstrual cycles. My sister was prescribed it in middle school because she was having unending cycles and was becoming very anemic.

The solid yellow ones are white. I think both the brown ones are male and the two pieds might be female. No clue about the whites, they are hard to sex.
