I am going to need to figure out how to set up a dark room so the kids can take turns going into a tent like set up to see when I candle.
Do you think she is going to let me come and candle them and show the class.
O man..I better have a long talk with her.
You do realize that the minute that you lend out your incubator that you will get an overwhelming urge to start incubating.

I'll check this one out, I don't think I have seen it yet, but the name does sound familiar.

It's good! It took a little bit to get into though. At first I thought it was too serious, especially after watching Hawaii Five-0 and About A Boy right before, but now I'm really invested LOL and it didn't take too long to get into. And there is some humor and good characters/stories now. I like it.

Sdm I agree that's ridiculous and unfortunate. Pits are finally beginning to get a fan base bc of education. Maybe an advocate for game breeds and their amazing rich history could do the same for the birds. I kept a pit that was from very old bloodlines (she was Adba registered which I'm not even sure exists anymore). She was from old fighting lines but her breeders were law abiders and kept the lineage alive by putting them in pulling contests. Her father was so high strung, he was one enormous solid muscle and gorgeous. My hubby worked with the breeder and was offered pick of the litter bc he knew she'd be a pet. Our girl was stunning, pure orange and white with matching eyes. A full 60lbs and big. With all of her bad "genes" I was able to socialize her and train her and she was the sweetest dog alive. Don't get me wrong... I NEVER want another. She was neurotic unless she was worn out and really needed to be with people with a high intensity lifestyle, which I accommodated for her until I got pregnant, but after that she was too much to handle (although I did and kept her until she passed at 14) All that to say that these breeds people deem as bad are actually some of the most amazing animals to have if you know what you're getting into. The key is education and for the right people to know about the breed so they can rightfully get into it, support it and advocate for it.

Well said I feel the exact same way
