➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

It is really good. No milk powder filler. Nice level of spice. It is one of my favorite "special treats."
Although I was really pissed the other day. DH stole some from my special stash, which was bad but forgivable. Except he assumed it was like the cheap instant kind and made it with water. It ended up going down the drain cause it was "gross." Duh. Dutch process cocoa and water are not a match made in heaven. Such a waste

Water?!? What a monster! Whole milk or bust!

EWWWWW y’all are disgusting!!! Gagging just reading these Australian foods pages :lau

Laughing too but gagging. Vegemite. Straight nastiness. SPICY hot chocolate!? What kind of a monster adds chilis to hot chocolate!?!? Fairy bread!? Ew. Even I, the sweet tooth queen, would not touch that. Margarine is nasty. Why go fake when you can have the real stuff!? And butter has to be soft to spread on toast. Either that or get whipped butter which is a whole new level of :drool

That said, fairy bread really isn’t all that different from the other American delicacy white bread toast with butter and cinnamon sugar poured on it. Or the fake “cheese product” slices they pass off as “cheese” put between 2 pieces of white bread and called “grilled cheese” lol or the giant 3 person servings you get at restaurants lol probably lots of things we Americans eat that other people consider nasty. Like all the processed foods and sheer amount of SUGAR we eat. So much sugar. But that said..... Vegemite truly, honestly, is absolutely disgusting. :sick

Collecting eggs to hatch for a friend, and this is some of the colors we got today. The cream, dark brown, and green are normal. The middle one that is blue green is awesome and if it hatches I wanna keep it. The speckled egg (left) is a turkey egg.
