Well, I named the last cat we had and suggested that it was someone else's turn. One kid wants to call her Puma, other kid likes that, husband is all stuck on Jagger even though that's not a very feminine name. I thought Ms. Chiff would be funny but I would need to slide that one by so he thinks it's his idea.Does he come with a name?
Puma is a great name for him! Our black cat's name was Blackjack.Well, I named the last cat we had and suggested that it was someone else's turn. Everyone is safe and sound by it still worries me. We did have a little moment of "oh crap!" tho. We checked one of the outside cameras via our phone on the big coop for Bowie to be snuggled into the nest box like he has been doing. He wasn't there. I was like, uh oh. Where is he? Oh I know, I bet he just decided to bed down in the corner where we can't see. I've seen a divot in the shavings where a chicken has done that. I bet that's where he is. We get home and I rush to the coop and lock them down and open the door to check on everybody. He's not in the corner. Hubby is with me and he goes uh.. he's not there. So he shines his flashlight to the opposite side of the coop where the roosting bars are and goes, "well I'll be damned". There was Bowie. Up on one of the roosting bars with the others. I always read that Silkies don't like to roost and prefer to stay down low. I guess he decided differently. Silly boy!
Prayers for your family.Well y’all, got a call today that one of my Aunts had a massive heart attack and she passed away. I’m doing fine but ma’s a little shaken. It was her sister. Any prayers would be welcome.
Yes we miss you!

I think white fluffy dogs in general though are gorgeous and stand out lol this one is a Samoyed and I follow a few others that are also gorgeous as well as some Berger Blanc Suisse (White Swiss Shepherds) that are also gorgeous. And of course American Eskimo Dogs are cute too. I just like white fluffy dogs lol but I think it also depends on the owner too a little bit because I follow many dog breeds/dog instagram accounts and a lot of the ones I follow, the owners are just amazing photographers and take amazing photos of their dogs and/or take them on cool adventures and photograph them in awesome landscapes and things like that. One I can think of off the top of my mind is mycaninelife. They have 3 dogs in the PNW and their dogs and photos are
and another is adventuringwithnala. I follow a lot LOL those 2 accounts are all retrievers. But I follow a bunch of breeds. But tbh even with great photos, some dogs are just more gorgeous than others and I think white fluffy dogs and also huskies of any kind fall into that category lol and Aussies.
I am a sucker for retrievers personality wise but I haven’t seen very many super gorgeous/stunning ones. Idk. Anyway, sorry for rambling

I decided that from here on out, my new chickens/animals will be named after friends from this thread. I just have to get my farm first!
We can't edit it any more.Isn’t he!? I like Puma!! But I say we need another poll!! @Texas Kiki @BantyChooks poll time!?
Awww that’s such a great idea!!

We can't edit it any more.![]()
I think I remember Kiki saying something about that but.... Google polls? Survey monkey? Some other website? I’m desperate here.
heck, I’ll even make a Twitter poll with a picture of the cat and be like “what would you name this cat?” And/or add the name suggestions in a twitter poll
I'll look for something now.Anyone got a link to a thread for chicks with toes that didn't separate during incubation? I'm assuming causes would be issues with parent stock or incubator temp? I looked on the Sally Sunshine thread but didn't see it. I bought 2 silkies from TSC, one has it really bad almost walking on fists the other isn't as bad. Wondering if I can even attempt surgery or just hope it can get around without too much issue.
