No aw! Yum! Rabbit is delicious. Fried, stewed, grilled! It’s all delicious. And a plus is the fur for lining my coonskin hats and the feet for lucky rabbits feet!

Yeah inside each area is 10sqft. The guy built the hutch himself. I finally got a text saying they are New Zealand/Rex cross.

NZ are supposed to be good meat rabbits...especially when crossed with flemish

Also, curious, why do you kill them at 8 weeks? Won’t they still be tiny? Seems like there wouldn’t be very much meat on them that young?? Why not wait till they are a little older? Do they get really tough?
