Yeah, why would you want it more often? Cake isn’t great, I don’t like cookies either. I’ll eat brownies maybe twice a year, and for those I only eat the ones that have the “crust”.

Congratulations! It will be the most fun and most stressful thing you have done. Tell me you ate hiring a builder and will not be looking for the subs yourself!

I took 7pages of ideas to an architect and worked with him to get the plans, then interviewed 3 builders to find the right one and was the onsite person but the builder got all the subs and inspections stuff.
