Today was the last day of school for him.
He wants me to put some color in his hair....right now.
They can't have crazy color hair during the school year so last year on the last day of school I colored it blue for him.
He's been waiting for a month for this day not because it was the last day of school but because he wants his hair colored.

DD bought a fake nose ring and wore it home, waiting for me to see it. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. There are so many rules during the school year, they have to do silly things in the summer. DD has dyed her beautiful blond hair cotton candy pink in years gone past. Just gotta let them experiment with who they are, as long as they are safe.

I agree. My mom about died last year when she saw his blue hair.
I actually almost didn't color it for him but I thought...it's just hair and if makes him happy so be it.
We have a wedding to go to this weekend.
I'm not coloring it today. It will have to wait til after the wedding.

Work mainly. My days are this: getting up at 4am, letting the birds out, fixing my breakfast and lunch for the day, leaving at 5am to get there by 6am. Not getting off until 5pm driving the hour drive home, collecting eggs, feeding the birds and the pig and rabbits and ducks and my new guineas and turkeys, showering, eat dinner, do some paperwork, and then bed.
