I do ok sometime too but I'm far from a chef.

:lau me neither. Don’t worry lol

Heck, I literally forgot to eat until dinner :lau

I think I literally had like some cookies, a brownie, and some prunes for lunch, then a banana while I was cooking, then the Subway sub. Some meals eh? :lau

Normally I remember to eat but I kinda forgot I hadn’t yet until I started feeling weak/sick :lau:oops:

My best friend's idea of cooking is putting Italian dressing on some chicken breast and baking it in the oven.
I think that is the only thing she knows how to cook.

She didn't grow up with a mother who cooked like I did so she doesn't know how.
I've tried to help her but she just doesn't have a cooking bone in her body.

Just take a screenshot of the recipe so that way you can find it again and make it another time.

Thanks. Yeah, I bookmarked the page (and all the other recipes/tips I’ve been getting lately) as well as saved/downloaded the pictures of the recipe so I have it in two separate places plus remember it from starting to prepare it tonight so I’ll just finish making it tomorrow. Actually it should be easier tomorrow since the chicken is already cooked and the sweet potatoes cubed and already toasted the almonds so all I gotta do is toss it all back in the pan tomorrow haha should take like two seconds

If I use jar sauce I still add a lot to it.

I do that also, didn't tonight though besides some extra seasonings which were minimal. I don't necessarily have a consistent way I do it. Most nights my husband's gone I keep it super simple bc it's easier on me. My kids are very picky and don't like most vegetables. I often cook them and make them try it, but sometimes I just make it easy on myself and cook something very plain Jane bc there is less fuss from them.

I cooked the sweet potatoes for about ten minutes, by themselves, then threw the cooked chicken in and added the spinach.
Tossed it for about a minute and it was done.

I added garlic to the chicken while it was cooking and I added more to the potatoes while they were cooking.

I can do plenty more than that, i just know there's more that I don't know than I know. And if that works for her then more power to her!
