@CarpCharacin You seem to have a pretty good understanding of what doesn't work for you and a genuine enjoyment of banter. I'm curious to know if you have any ideas about what you can do to start your healing process?
I'm meeting with the school counselor, and I have an appointment with the sleep specialist. I'm already keeping a log of what times I wake up and go to sleep at.

Another hot button. :oops: I like Mrs. Tessa's idea for motivation listing thing you know youll do and checking them off before you move on... key for me at my worst was just going outside. Once i got outside i felt better and i might just sit outside n watch birds but eventually i was able to leave my house everyday again.

That's a start. How about a food diary? Simple accountability helps some people.

I love this idea too!
