The other channels start at 10.

Please tell me the books are done too.

No but I got a ton of other stuff done. Decided it was more important.

I cleaned my room.

Picked up a bunch of stuff on the floor/got rid of some stuff. Cleared my dresser off, etc. There were a lot of water glasses that had accumulated up there brought them downstairs finally.

Even did a load of laundry.

But mostly I put clothes away.

There was a huge pile of stuff on top of one of the storage bins (I swear having more surfaces to accumulate more stuff is a bad idea ) so I went through that. Mostly pillows, clothes, sweaters/sweatshirts, etc.

Anyway, went through them and put the clean stuff away and the dirty stuff in the hamper.

Also got rid of a bunch of clothes and random things I didn’t want in my room.

Also took everything out of the drawers and organized it/put it away properly/folded instead of just having it thrown and stuffed in there or piled somewhere else like it was.

Discovered some of it was dirty so put that in the hamper too but the rest I folded properly. Put the sweaters/sweatshirts in one drawer, pants in another, and a few shirts too. There were a lot of pants and sweatshirts, some of which I didn’t even know I had

Took all the shorts out of the dresser since it’s too cold now.

I even did a load of laundry.

And I even started the books. I wanted to watch my TV show at 8 but I forced myself to do some of the books first even though I was a little tired after doing all the other stuff (I was working for like 2 hours) and could have said I did enough, I did get a lot done after all, but still it wasn’t enough for me cause I had told myself I would do some books before the show and didn’t get to it, so I forced myself to sort some for like 15-20 minutes and miss the beginning of the show. My mom was watching it thankfully so I just rewound it and it was fine. Our TV lets you rewind as long as you’ve been on that channel.

So, long story short, no, I didn’t finish the books specifically but I did get a lot of other stuff done that I have also been putting off so thank you for that.

And tomorrow is super busy, I’m watching all 3 dogs, but after that I’m gonna come home and do more laundry and finish the books.

And I know I say that all the time but I think I really will this time because for once I’m actually motivated and actually got stuff done tonight which I think will push me to do more tomorrow.

I know it sounds stupid but when I’m already not doing anything, it’s hard to get up and do it, but since I already took that first step of getting stuff done, it’s a lot easier to keep it up. So I know I’ll do it.

I think I’ll even call the vet and make Luna a grooming appointment.

And tomorrow I actually think I’m gonna skip the sorting and just put them on the shelves right away. I was having some troubles with how I wanted to sort it. It’s a lot easier for me to just visualize it/put it on the shelves how I want it than try to plan it. So I’m gonna do that.

But yeah, I did get a lot more done than I’ve gotten done in a while. I’ve kinda just been floating lately.

You probably noticed haha

But I think I’m finally breaking that.

I think it also helps that I did a lot of.... let’s say soul searching.... last night and found some much needed clarity haha

I’m much more motivated now.

How is Ginger doing? Knocking it out of the park also?

Thanks Nutty. I had a really low patch a week or so ago. I call it my semesterly mental breakdown. haha!...hah.
Doing better mentally now, just exhausted. A couple all-nighters never hurt anyone! (extreme sarcasm intended)

The Ginger is doing well. He is working full time at Rudy’s, so he’s only taking calculus. He’s plenty busy with that.
He’ll be quitting the barbecue joint very soon and looking for a job at a vet clinic. His job is a strain in many ways.. we’re both looking forward to the future and trying to keep our eyes on the prize.
