As soon as I hit “post” I realized you meant Triumph.. not my actual grandpa from Australia. I’m so out of it.

Triumph is okay. Less depressed and he can move around, but still very painful. He has an appointment with a specialist on Thursday.

I've never used one of those step tracker thingies, but I once counted my steps on my daily half hour lunch break walk. 4500. One half hour of walking. There's really no excuse good enough unless you are literally in a wheelchair.

My sister had her surgery yesterday. Can’t remember if I ever mentioned that here or not. It went perfectly, except that the “8 cm” cyst ended up being “18 cm.”

I just use the one that came with my phone. I think it’s just called Health or something like that. I used to have some other walk and run tracking ones but got rid of them ha might get one again though cause it is nice to have the stats on the actual, individual walks. Although when I had the Samsung it tracked walks too. Not sure if this one does. I think it does have an option to add that. Might have to try messing with it.

Although sometimes I leave my phone somewhere like in the other room or set it down for a second so it doesn’t always get every step. Doesn’t do any good if I’m not carrying it when I’m walking haha

I should get my Fitbit out again.

I am averaging half as many steps (or less) each day compared to my Fitbit numbers but I am sure it is because I don't always have my phone in hand.

Yeah the phone apps are kind of inconvenient cause if you set it down or something it misses a ton of steps. I usually always am carrying mine but do set it down and go in another room or something too sometimes or put it in the purse. I should really get my Fitbit out again haha

It should be. We don’t know if it will solve the health issues she’s been having or not, though. But she’s feeling great and recovering well.
