Good morning everyone!

I saw the kale posts, I don't like kale unless I've grown it. I do like kale chips, but I have to make them.

As for pasta... I like any pasta for the most part. Sauce or no sauce. I'm not picky when it comes to noodles. My chickens on the other hand prefer spaghetti noodles! I actually had a chicken that would lay double yolkers every time I gave her spaghetti noodles

I have another swim meet to go to today. I got the Blu Kote off my fingers at least i cannot believe my chicks have wattles at 16 days old! DEFINITELY Cockerels!

What is your kale chips recipe?

I make a cracker type. Throw the kale in a food processor. I add coconut oil, flaxseed, tomatoes, garlic and onions so it mixes up. Spread on a sheet with a silicone spatula. I have a Excalibur dryer. When halfway I score about 2" squares. When done I break into crackers
ETA I put the flaxseed in last ... in a bowl with the other ingredients from the food processor

I made these lemon kale chips a while ago. I forget the recipe. They were AMAZING. I made a large batch, but they were gone in just a few days.
