The liquid is just while it's cooking I will pull the big chunk of meat out and slice it once it's done.
He would never know it was cooked in a liquid.

Hmmm maybe I'll try it. Usually when I have meats in the instant pot, I put down the trivet and put the meat on that after I have let it soak overnight.

The best meat that I've cooked in the instant pot are ribs. Once they are done in the instant pot you put it in aluminum or a sheet pan with bbq sauce on broil if I ate meat again that would be the first thing I'd make for myself

I'm learning all sorts of new techniques on how to cook meat. It's so hard not being a meat-eater.

The only ones that I kept out of the chicks was the two brahmas and two of my white mixes (Delaware and black jersey giant cross). They are really cool looking, they have gray legs and gray at the tops of their beaks It's really weird. Delaware definitely has a silver gene in it.

They sound really interesting!!! And yes they do! You can use them for sex links with a red rooster just like you can with barred rocks haha

Making improvements this year already!

Actually texted a client this morning to see if I had to work today instead just driving by or knocking to see if they were home which is what I originally planned and got up early to do because I’ve been too scared to text them last night and today.

Glad I texted though cause the answer was no LOL

I figured since it is a holiday but did not want to assume and felt like an idiot even asking haha

But I did and now I’ve been up a while cause of it and doing things.

Haven’t eaten yet though so making myself brunch now.

Did wake up with a pretty bad migraine today though but I think it’s cause I haven’t slept much the last couple days but idk. Gonna try some caffeine and food and see if that helps before I resort to drugs

Not letting it affect my productivity or spirit today though. It’s sunny and nice out and a great day so far.

Even gave this spoiled little princess brunch cause I’m in a giving mood

She usually only gets dinner and not always daily lol

She came running when she heard the can open. Never misses a meal.

What I meant to say was that she doesn’t always get a can every day lol

She does get fed daily

Or, more accurately, she can eat whenever she wants.

She has a bowl of dry food out 24/7 and then sometimes I give her a can of wet food. Lately I’ve been giving her one frequently, like daily, but I don’t always so sometimes she just gets her dry food. Which she gets mad about lol but she does always have food and water

We do the same with Jack We have one of those automatic dry food feeders and he can eat that all day long and we usually give him a scoop of canned food at dinner time. Sometimes we don't give him the canned food because he goes to bed and doesn't want it.
