➡I accidentally bought Balut eggs: 2 live ducks! Now a Chat Thread!

Looking at these pictures, I can almost smell the ocean.

Spent this morning digging up potatoes, and pulling up garlic and hanging it to dry in the deepest shade on the porch.

All raised beds here. It's the opposite of a swamp. Here in the foothills, is thin, rocky, hard as granite soil. We build a whole bunch of raised beds, trucked in dirt, and keep it alive year to year through composting. Thanks chickens!

@KikisGirls Thanks! Here it is Monday. I'm at work looking at pictures of you on the beach.

I don't know what is worse, me watching or you being actually ON THE BEACH on your phone taunting us.

My one consolation, you aren't drinking since you have Mini with you.

I need a new job. on a beach. with rum. <sigh>

Rum sounds good right now.
Actually, rum sounds good all the time.:thumbsup

Beach looks like a much better place to be than a desk...! I was at Edisto beach on Sunday, if only I could be there everydayyyyy. I need a job that involves more beach, less work/indoors.

Built a new pen for the ducks last night, got a duck mansion now. Had to fix another hole in the pig pen - little female meat pig keeps escaping :barnie and then she's so ready to run right back in when you open the gate.
This morning our Jersey Wooly female had 4 healthy looking bunny beans. :yesss: Fiance is getting a gray Flemish giant doe tonight as a belated birthday present. Tonight is also lockdown for chick batch #1 in the incubator :fl

Is it time to go home yet? :caf
