So I should hop a flight now and have dinner at Kiki's and dessert at sdm111's??? :drool Both sound wonderful!
Chef is off to Kentucky for a week so I'm fending for myself, hence Aldi run for frozen pizza. :lau

I'm ok, I got over that stage when Chef broke his leg. It's the creativity part that's lacking. Whole house/pantry full of food...not a clue what to do with it. :confused: Neighbors are BBQ'ing and it smells sooooo good. We have a grill, there is some frozen meat form in our freezer, I can do that! Oh wait..no….that I might blow up and take the chickens with it. :eek:

It's a great idea and I actually made it this way....with the Mexican beans added in...once. I'll make it again but at my mom's house so she can poop her pants.

last time I tried to explain a roux and trinity it was like deer in the headlights. Or should I say how to properly make a roux without being too blonde or burned
